What’s the Deal with the Bowls and Salads?

The majority of our menu consists of bowls rather than salads. The idea is that your dish is comprised of a “base” consisting of a starch of your choice such as rice, quinoa, lentils, or bulgur and the lettuce of your choice. We then build a flavour profile around the base by adding small amounts of diverse ingredients that make sense in combination with one another. The only real difference between our bowls and “salads” is that bowls tend to have more ingredients in more complex combinations.

If you’re feeling creative or you’re a picky eater, you can also create your own salad from scratch and choose from all our available fruit, vegetable, and meat or cheese options. Get creative and come play with us.
